Since my first role more than fifteen years ago, I have been deeply involved in designing and improving operational processes across technology, finance, and even law.
- Designing operations - going from 0 to 1 with Gladiate, I designed numerous operational processes across our company, bringing standardization to our sales operation, product design, finance and people operations functions.
- Process improvement - while at Etsy I led a process improvment team supporting 200+ employees across 12 teams and helping them define KPIs, measure programs and initiatives and understand the impact of their team and their work on the marketplace.
